I've avoided the dentist for years but finally plucked up the courage to go, and I'm glad I did. The reception staff are friendly and attentive and the dentist I saw was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The only downside was that I've had to wait just over a month to get an appointment with the hygienist. I'll let you know how it goes. Visited in May 2014. Posted on 21 June 2014 SophieRating: 4.5
I did have to wait 3 months for an appointment with the surgeon, however I had my tooth out today, all staff were very friendly particularly the surgeon who explained all and kept conversation chatty and light hearted, the receptionist was great and ordered me a taxi home. This is a clean and friendly dental practice and I would certainly recomend to others.

25 years a patient
I have been going to Felmores Dental surgery for at least 25 years now and had a lot of procedures. I've never had a bad experience, apart from the odd extraction but they were always necessary.
Since I've been old enough to be paying for my own treatment I've taken more notice of the standard or service. The office staff are always friendly and polite, they're approachable and pleasant.
My dentist is a lovely, warm and very competent dentist. I have had a filling removed and replaced by them without using any anaesthetic. I felt no pain at all during the procedure.
If you're looking for a dentist in the Basildon area I can recommend Felmores End Dental Surgery.
